我們的使命
「成為華人五旬宗最有影響力的學府。」
國神．目標
在講道、佈道、教導、敬拜、牧養、輔導、植堂、聖經神學、系統神學等等的訓練課程中，都強調和注入五旬宗的神學和觀點。讓教牧同工被裝備去建立五旬宗的教會。
把教會事工的神學訓練普及化，讓信徒領袖和資深信徒可以獲得正規的訓練和裝備，可以和教牧配搭，甚至在缺乏牧者的教會中，擔起講道、教導、和牧養的職責。
為眾教會提供各種的事工培訓，培育基督徒在屬靈生命中成長，也獲得各種事奉的技巧，可以積極參與教會的各種事奉，成為牧者的得力助手。

國神基本信仰
Tenets of Faith
1. 聖經的默示 THE INSPIRATION OF THE SCRIPTURES
我們相信聖經，包括舊約與新約，都是神所默示的，是神向人類啟示祂自己的話語，乃是信仰與生活行為上無誤且具權威的準則。神的默示同樣且完全地延伸至原始經文的各個部分，確保其整體的完全可信性（提摩太後書 3:15–17；彼得後書 1:21）。

(I) 聖父上帝 God the Father
我們相信聖父上帝，乃三一神格中的第一位，祂永恆存在，是天地萬物的創造者，是律法的賜予者，萬有最終都要歸服於祂，使神在萬有之上，並成為萬有之中的一切（創世記 1:1；申命記 6:4；哥林多前書 15:28）。

3. 人的墮落 THE FALL OF MAN

4. 人的救恩 THE SALVATION OF MAN
我們相信人是因信靠基督而得救，基督為我們的罪而死，被埋葬，並在第三日從死裡復活。藉著祂的贖罪之血，救恩已透過十字架上的犧牲為全人類預備。這種經歷亦稱為重生，是聖靈即時且完全的作為，使相信的罪人得以重生、稱義、被收納為神的兒女，成為在基督裡的新造之人，並承受永生的產業（約翰福音 3:5–6；羅馬書 10:8–15；提多書 2:11；3:4–7；約翰一書 5:1）。

我們相信教會是基督的身體，是神藉著聖靈居住的所在，見證神國在現今世界中的同在，並普世性地包括所有重生得救的人（以弗所書 1:22–23；2:22；羅馬書 14:17–18；哥林多前書 4:20）。

7. 教會的聖禮 THE ORDINANCES OF THE CHURCH
我們相信凡悔改並信主的人，都應接受水洗（浸禮），以此向世人宣告他們已與基督同死、同復活，並行走在新生的樣式中 （馬太福音 28:19；使徒行傳 10:47–48；羅馬書 6:4）。我們相信主的聖餐是為記念並宣告主耶穌基督的受苦與死亡，並由所有信徒共同領受，直等主再來 （路加福音 22:14–20；哥林多前書 11:20–34）。

In so doing they declare to the world that they have died with Christ and been raised with Him to walk in newness of life (Matthew 28:19; Acts 10:47-48; Romans 6:4). We believe that the Lord’s Supper is a proclamation of the suffering and death of our Lord Jesus Christ, to be shared by all believers until the Lord returns (Luke 22:14-20; 1 Corinthians 11:20-34).

We believe that sanctification is an act of separation from that which is evil, and of dedication unto God. In experience, it is both instantaneous and progressive. It is produced in the life of the believer by his appropriation of the power of Christ’s blood and risen life through the person of the Holy Spirit. He draws the believer’s attention to Christ, teaches him through the Word and produces the character of Christ within him (Romans 6:1-11; 8:1-2,13; 12:1-2; Galatians 2:20; Hebrews 10:10, 14).

This experience is distinct from and subsequent to the new birth, is received by faith, and is accompanied by the manifestation of speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives utterance as the initial evidence (Luke 24:49; Acts 1:8; 2:1-4; 8:15-19; 11:14-17; 19:1-7).
10. 聖靈的恩賜 THE GIFTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
我們相信聖靈所賜的九種超自然恩賜（哥林多前書第十二章）以及基督所賜的職事恩賜（以弗所書 4:11–13）在今日仍然運行，為要建立教會並擴展神的國度。

11. 末世 THE END OF TIME
我們相信主耶穌基督將以千禧年前、隨時可能、且親身再來的方式降臨，將屬祂的子民接到祂那裡。懷著這有福的盼望與熱切的期待，我們潔淨自己，如同祂是聖潔的一樣，預備好迎見祂的再來（約翰福音 14:1–3；提多書 2:13；帖撒羅尼迦前書 4:15–17；約翰一書 3:2–3；啟示錄 20:1–6）。

創院簡史
2022年
創辦研究院
「國際五旬宗神學研究院」（以下簡稱「國神」）的創辦，為香港非牟利神學研究學術組織，是由王生堅牧師博士(Ph.D.)於 2022 年8 月 22 日晚上，借用中環的新生命堂堂址，舉辦了「香港五旬宗異象分享會」之後，獲得許多教會領袖和信徒的熱烈反應， 而召集了：林暢輝牧師、張德明牧師博士、卓秀蘭牧師博士、 尹應能弟兄、和王生堅牧師博士，組成創院董事。「國神」不附屬任何一個宗派，而是屬於所有香港五旬宗教會一起建立和支持的神學院。目前，本院正致力申請亞洲神學協會(ATA)的認證。
2023年
正式註冊成立
「國際五旬宗神學研究院」成為本港首間採用「定時不定點」全線上教學方式的五旬宗神學研究院，致力提供國際性學術課程，培訓教牧同工，訓練和裝備教會內的信徒領袖及資深信徒。

榮譽院長的話
國際五旬宗神學研究院(簡稱:國神)，的感動、構思和創立，乃全球面對新冠肺炎(Covid-19)的疫情的三年期間，許多教會、神學院、甚至大學，都無法實體聚會和辦學的情況之下，都需要採用「定時不定點」的方式，尤其是透過 zoom 的方式來進行教學，加快了教學訓練的模式改革。
隨之而來的時間，就是香港有很多信徒領袖和教牧的移民潮，促使香港的教會面對缺乏教牧同工負責講道、教導、和牧養的事工。這些事件，啟發了神學學者和教會牧長必須採取新的辦學理念，來建立一所國際的五旬宗神學院。所培訓的對象， 不僅僅是教牧同工，更是為了培訓教會內的信徒領袖和資深的信徒，可以成為教會的得力助手。
